The Hamburger Box Die is one of the items on this weeks Weekly Deals. I showed off the three Hamburger Boxes above on the periscope “Stampin’ Scoop” I did with Tami White yesterday that I included as part of yesterdays post, click here to check that out.
Here is a closer look at each of those boxes and a quick video on how to put one together and make a tag to go with it.
The first one is made from the Color Me Irresistible Specialty Designer Paper – the pre-colored Watermelon Water sheet. Does the watercolor flower look familiar? When creating my card for the Spring Blog Hop, I end up creating multiple images. I thought I would look great on the box. See the card and video on how I watercolored the flower here. The Bigz XL Hamburger Die comes with 2 tag shapes. I used the heart one to create this cute tag.
You need to make sure that you have the extra large cutting plates to use this die. They are listed in the supplies at the bottom of this post. When you run the paper through the die, it cuts out the box shape and places score lines for folding the shape. I find it much easier to make cuts on one of the fold lines on each corner. In the above shot you can see the score lines that I cut. The video also shows how to cut the score lines and then assemble the box.

This cute box that is decorated with the Schoolhouse DSP was featured on a past Blog Hop.
I made little cards to put in the hamburger box. To see more from this post click here.
