Card Ice Cream, Ice Cream we all scream for Ice Cream! I love this little truck from the Stampin Up Tasty Treats in the Sale-a-Bration catalog. I watercolored the truck with the Aqua Painters on Shimmery White card stock. This was a card I created for a swap, so I kept it simple. What is…
Card The monsters from Yummy in My Tummy stamp set are in the new Stampin Up Occasion Catalog next to the “baby’ and kid stamps. They are too cute for just kids. Kids can’t have all the cute stamps all to themselves! Look at this guy! I watercolored him with Crumb Cake and Tangerine Tango. Do…
Card My son celebrated his 10th birthday at the end of August. This was the simple birthday card I came up with for him. He’s past the dinosaurs and cars/trucks phase. I though just a simple, non-frilly card would be best. The Serene Scenery DSP stack met the challenge. I paired it with the Stampin Up…
One of my favorite Designer Series Papers from the 2016-2017 Annual Catalog has to be the Moroccan DSP. I’ve paired it with the beautiful Birthday Blossoms stamp set. I took my color palette straight from the paper. If your every having trouble coming up with a card design, start by picking a DSP and a…
I needed a birthday card for an 8 year old boy….why not a Llama! I think this is so festive and the die cuts from the Fiesta Time Framelits make this card super quick to make. The multi-color blanket was colored with the markers, Crushed Curry in the middle, Melon Mambo on the…
I think one of the reasons I love the current Stampin Up Annual Catalog is I’m an animal lover and this catalog is full of adorable animals, foxes, puppies, kittens, flamingos, raccoons and now LLAMA!! or it is ALPACA? Follow my blog with Bloglovin I love the simplicity of this card. The pear is just the sweetest image. I think this could make a great masculine card. I have a difficult time creating a card for men…no bows or ribbon, or sparkles, by yet look finished. I think this card meets the test. What…
I decided to try to CASE myself, take a card I made awhile back that is made with product that is all retired and recreate with current product. I chose this card from my Washi Tape Background post from almost 3 years ago. How do you think I did? Just loved the original and…

I stopped purchasing gift bags several years ago. I hated paying over $5 for a bag that was mass produced. They were never a cute as what I could come up with myself. My daughter got a fancy water bottle for a friends birthday party. I used a blank Wine Gift Bag and decorated with…
I see zebra strip and I think bright pink. I’m loving this card more and more every time I look at it. Most times when I design a card I need to make it, set it aside and walk away. When I come back in a few hours I can look at it more constructively and…
