Botanical Prints Card:
Day 7 of the Botanical Prints Product Medley Showcase
Today’s Botanical Prints card features the beautiful pretty Peacock Designer Series Paper that is included in the kit. The Designer Series Paper is 6 x 6 which makes it easy to create a coordinated card using both sides of the paper. Once you cut the paper at 4″, you can use the remaining amount as an accent.
I added backing for Pretty Peacock for the black & white Designer Series Paper panel across the card. To jazz it up a bit I wanted both of those to have the stitched detail from the Stitched Rectangle Dies.
To create that, I cut out a panel with the largest Stitched Rectangle Dies, then I cut off the long side top and bottom, then attached those to the back of the Designer Series Paper panel.
The greeting is stamped in Pretty Peacock Ink on the included die-cut label. I stamped the berry stamp image in Basic Gray on Whisper White and cut it out with the matching die and attached it to a Basic Black Starburst Punch piece.
