Card

I just love this camper from Glamper Greetings found in the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog!  When I read the instructions for this hop, to make anything pink, all I could think of was a pink camper under an amazing pink sky.

Friends and family who have had cancer spoke of getting to the other side of treatment, getting back to normal life and really enjoying the world we live in.  I wanted to make a card that would symbolize that desire.

Glamping is defined as glamorous camping, so what would glamping be without some sparkle.  Sparkle in the sky with sliver embossed stars, and sparkle in the Silver Glimmer Paper boarder on the card.

The camper itself is Sliver Embossed on Shimmery White card stock and colored with blender pens. I colored the upper parts of the camper with some Smokey Slate ink to give it some shadow.
