Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop – Joy to the World Alternatives

Welcome to Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop.  We are all using current Stampin’ Up! Products in addition to the current Paper Pumpkin Kit. I’m Linda Cullen from Massachusetts, USA and you are visiting my blog Crafty Stampin’.   At the bottom of my post, you will find a list of all the participating blog hoppers so you can move along from blog to blog and see all the fantastic projects.

Card 1:

My 1st alternative card features the die cut flower and gold foil greeting from the October Paper Pumpkin Kit. The flowers are a beautiful watercolor look.  I cut one in half and have it peeking out from behind the Just Jade Cardstock panel.  I attached the gold foil “love” from the kit to the Just Jade panel with the adhesive dots from the kit (I had to cut them in half first) and added a Gold Embossed greeting “to you & yours” on a Cherry Cobbler Cardstock strip.  I embossed the Soft Sea Foam Cardstock panel with the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder and finished the card off with the Holiday Rhinestones Basic Jewels.

Card 2:

My second alternative card focus’ on the stamps in the October Paper Pumpkin Kit.  I used the hinge-step technique with the Stamparatus to stamp the greeting multiple times down the Soft Sea Foam Cardstock panel in Just Jade Classic Ink.  I added a little detail with the Ornate Borders Dies along the side of the greeting panel in Cherry Cobbler Cardstock.  I finished the card with the gold trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack and the Holiday Rhinestones Basic Jewels.
