Stamp It Group 2018 Mother’s Day Blog Hop

I made a non-tradition sized card for my Mother’s Day project.  The card is 8 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ – cause sometimes it’s fun to work outside the box.   I used the Stampin Up Large Letter Framelits Dies to create the word “MOM” but stamped and heat embossed the Powder Pink cardstock with the flowers from the Wood Words stamp set in White Embossing Powder first.  

I backed “MOM” with the largest oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies with the Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate and the largest scallop circle from the Layering Circle Framelits Dies with Silver Foil to make it pop.

The greeting is from the You’re Inspiring stamp set that I added to the Everyday Label Punch that peaks out from behind the strip of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.  I finished everything off with a bow made with the Smoky Slate 1/2″ Gingham Ribbon and a few White Perfect Accents.

I used quite a few retiring items that are all still available at this time……make sure you grab all your favorite retiring products before they are gone!
