Season of Fun Card

I kinda threw the “kitchen sink” at this card, but it came out so cute! I started with the Stampin’ Up! Host Seasons of Fun Stamp Set and paired it with the Frightfully Cute Stamp Set. The card base is covered with a piece from the Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper.
I used the second largest die from the Layering Dioramas Dies for my first panel. I wanted to have a ground/sky effect so I used Granny Apple Green & Highland Heather from the Brights & Subtles Designer Series Paper packs. I used the long thin “ground” die from Inspired Canopy Dies to separate the two.
My little trick or treater is colored with various Stampin’ Blends:
- Pumpkin & Pumpkin costume: Petal Pink Dark, Pumpkin Pie Light & Dark
- Pumpkin Stem: Bronze
- Skin: Petal Pink Light
- Cheeks: Calypso Coral Light
- Hair: So Saffron Dark, Daffodil Delight Light
- Collar: Granny Apple Green Light & Dark
- Shirt & Tights: Granny Apple Green Light & Dark, Highland Heather Light & Dark
- Skates: Soft Suede Light & Dark
- Outline: Pool Party Light
I cut a “moon” out of a Mango Melody sheet from the Brights Designer Series Paper, then added a few Basic Black bats. Both the circle for the moon and the bats are founding the Frightful Tags, Dies.
I finished my card with some pumpkins from the Seasonal Swirls Dies and a spooky tree from Frightful Tags Dies. The greeting label is also from the Frightful Tags Die and the greeting & spiders are the Frightfully Cute Stamp Set.
I hope you liked my project. Please make sure you leave a comment with the hashtag #stampitcontest to win the Lots of Happy Kit, and visit each of the bloggers on this hop!
