Lots of Cheer Snowman

Card:

Isn’t this the most adorable Snowman from the Stampin’ Up! Lots of Cheer Stamp Set?  He is colored with Stampin’ Blends and fussy cut with Paper Snips before being popped up on Dimensionals on a Pretty Peacock Stitched Nested Labels Die.  The snowflakes are courteous of the Colorful Seasons Stamp Set.  He would make a perfect last-minute Christmas Card.
