January 2021 Paper Pumpkin – Sending Hearts

On the January add on for paper pumpkin it shows the snail half inside a tiny envelope with stitching around it. It there a stamping up die cut or punch to make that envelope? I haven’t been able to find it anywhere
The Snail Mail Suite on pg 55 for the Mini Catalog has a mini envelope.
