Today’s card features the retiring Stampin Up Celebration Time stamp set and Celebration Thinlits.  This is a great, underused bundle from the annual catalog that I love and will miss.  I also used the retiring Picture Perfect Party and Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Papers.  They have such great bright and happy colors.
