June 2023 Paper Pumpkin Alternatives
Welcome to the A Paper Pumpkin Thing “APPT” Monthly Blog Hop! The PPX Crew has joined up with some additional Stampin’ Up! demonstrators to give you even more amazing alternatives with the Paper Pumpkin Kits. We blog hop on the first Friday of the month with alternate projects from the prior month’s Paper Pumpkin Kit. We are all using the current month’s Paper Pumpkin Kit and Stampin’ Up! Products. I’m Linda Cullen from Massachusetts and you are visiting my blog Crafty Stampin’. At the bottom of the blog post, you will find a list of all the participating blog hoppers so you can move along from blog to blog and see all the fantastic projects.
Card
My Paper Pumpkin alternative card features the Calypso Coral pattern card base included in this month’s kit. I used the 2nd largest tag from the Tailor Made Tags Dies and cut three tags from that card base. Those are placed on a Night of Navy Cardstock card base, a Night of Navy panel embossed with the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder, and a strip of Boho Blue 2023 – 2025 In Color Luster Specialty Paper.
My feature images come from the kit die cuts. I die-cut out the flowers with the 3rd largest circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies and backed it with a Vellum Cardstock Circle cut with the 2-3/8″ Circle Punch.
I stamped the greeting from the kit on a scrap Calypso Coral Cardstock in Night of Navy Ink and die-cut with the smallest tag from Tailor Made Tags Dies. I finished off the card with multiple Night of Navy dots from the kit.
