Wow!!  This card is so fun!  Have you every made your own background paper with stamps?  This background is made from the Stampin Up Happy Birthday Gorgeous and the Happy Birthday Thinlits.  This is actually a very simple technique and you could complete multiple cards at one time easily, just lay out multiple full pieces of Whisper White card stock and just randomly stamp.  Then cut to size and create!
