Day 1 of the Flowering Cactus Product Medley Showcase
Today Stampin’ Scoop features the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Flowering Cactus Medley/Kit. We show off all the wonderful products that are inside the kit and some amazing samples made with the kit’s supplies. I came up with so many wonderful ideas, that I will feature a different one each day on my blog for the next days so make sure you come back each day.
The Flowering Cactus Product Medley is a perfect example that creativity comes easily when you’ve got amazing coordinating products. The medley includes stamps, paper, dies, and accessories for creating cards and more.
Medley includes these exclusive products:
- 15-piece Flowering Cactus Photopolymer Stamp Set (suggested blocks, a, b, d, g)
- 48 sheets of 6″ x 6″ (15.2 x 15.2 cm) Designer Series Paper: 8 each of 6 double-sided designs
- Die-cut felt sheets: 4 each of 2 colors
- Linen thread combo pack: 10 yards each in natural and Calypso Coral colors
- 10-piece Flowering Cactus Dies (use with Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine; compatible with the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine)
Refill kit available includes all the Designer Series Paper, die-cut felt sheets, Linen Thread combo pack
I like to create a ‘sampler’ of the Designer Series Paper pack so I can see the patterns and colors at a glance. Here is the one I showed on the show.
If you wish to create your own, here’s the blank sampler sheet. The Designer Series Papers are 2″ x 2″ squares, and the cardstock samples are 3/4″ circles.
The die cuts included in the full kit include dies that cut out shapes only ( the cactus and the on the left, the star type dies on the left, and the cactus imprint image on the right). The ones in the middle die cut the stamped images.
The felt sheets each have 36 shapes, each shape comes in 3 sizes (small, medium, large) with different stitching.
This one sheet of Designer Series Paper in the package can be completely cut out with the included dies.
