I did something a bit different for this Valentine’s Day card and didn’t make a blatant “I love you” or “Happy Valentine’s Day” on my card. I wanted to do something with Pretty Medallion Stamp Set and the Country Gingham Designer Series Paper, and it turned into this adorable mono-tone Sweet Sorbet card.  Isn’t it fun!   It has multiple layers, the Sweet Sorbet Cardstock card base, the Country Gingham layer (also used for the background for the die-cut greeting), Basic White Cardstock w/ the medallion stamped in Sweet Sorbet Ink, and the Vellum Cardstock.

I used the Sweet Sorbet InColor Glimmer Paper to create this cute tiered heart using the Give it A Whirl Dies.

The greetings are from the Love For You Dies.  I cut the background out of the middle of the Country Gingham Layer and attached the Foam Adhesive Sheet to the back of the Sweet Sorbet Cardstock before die-cutting so they would be raised off the gingham.

I finished the card with several 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots.
