Simply Zinnia Card

I can’t wait for spring! I’m tired of all the blah colors and want to see the vibrant colors coming from the garden. I guess that’s what has me gravitating towards the upcoming Flowering Zinnia Suite Collections from Stampin’ Up!’s new Online Exclusives release on March 5th.
I started with a Melon Mambo Cardstock card base and a Basic White Cardstock center embossed with the Zinnia 3D Embossing Folder. I have the panel facing backward with the image being ‘debossed’. To make the Basic White panel stand out, I added a Gorgeous Grape Cardstock panel that is only about 1/16″ larger behind it. You can just barely see it in the photo above, but it adds a big impact.
For the card’s focal point, I used the stunning Flowering Zinnia DSP and cut out several flowers with Paper Snips.
My greeting comes from the Simply Zinnia Stamp Set, stamped in Mossy Meadow Ink on Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock. I layered the cardstock on another piece of Flowering Zinnias Designer Series Paper. This one is in a similar color as the cardstock but adds a bit of dimension.
I finished the card with multiple Melon Mambo Glossy Dots Assortment. I love how bright and cheery this card is.
