🍾2025🍾 Happy New Year🥳. What kind of New Year’s Eve person are you? Go out to a club dancing? Go to a house party? Stay in and watch the ball drop? or go to bed at your normal time and treat it like every other day? I think I’ve personally gone through each of those and now just head to bed. l🛌
My card features the upcoming Sale-a-bration Dance with Me Stamp Set. How cute is this couple? I colored the dancing duo with Stampin’ Blends:
- Dress: Real Red & Cherry Cobbler
- Hair: her: 300, 400; him: 200
- Skin: Ivory, Bronze (shadows)
- Pants: Basic Black
- Vest: Smoky Slate
- Shoes: her: Cherry Cobbler; him: 200
- Lips: Pretty in Pink
- Eyes: Lost Lagoon
The couple is fussy cut with Paper Snips & mounted on a Brushed Gold circle cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies (2nd largest circle)
I used a sheet from the Seasons of Elegance Spec. Designer Series Paper as the background, with red and gold being part of the Chinese New Year. I grabbed the greetings from Iconic Imagery & More Wishes Stamps Sets. I had to put the “new” and “year” together on the same stampin’ block to stamp the greeting multiple times as a background in Crumb Cake Ink. The “the” is taken from the “the season” greeting by only inking up the ‘the’.
I finished the card with several gold dots from Blooming Pearls embellishments.
