Boo!!!  Happy Halloween!!……well Happy Fall and Halloween prep. For my Halloween card, I wanted to use some of my “non-Halloween” products to make a Halloween card to show how the same products, when used with different inks & paper colors, can be used for different situations.  I used the Stampin Up Home Town Greetings Edgelits in Basic Black to give the idea of a spooky neighborhood.

The best part of this card is it’s a pop-up!  When you pull the side of the card out, up pops these adorable ghosts, bats, and the hidden greeting.  These are all mounted on a window sheet so they look like they are just rising up from behind the homes.

 

I had a Facebook Live view, Julie G.,  mail me this great coffee pop-up card and I knew I just needed to recreate it at some point and when planning a Halloween card I thought a ghost popping up would be perfect.

    Linda this is a great interactive card and really showcases the stamp sets you used. I love that you were able to used the housing dies for something other than Christmas showcasing the versatility of these dies. Your sunset sky is perfect for a spooky look.     This is so neat! I love seeing how to make non traditional shaped cards – surprises, pop ups, shadow boxes, etc. So, Linda thank you for making this card; I have never seen a tab pop up from a card like this!
