Stampin Up Petal Passion Suite is one of my favorites from the new Occasions Catalog.  The Petal Passion Designer Series Paper takes the front row seat on this beautiful card.  The Petal Palette stamp set gives the greeting and the dotted background.  I love the Silver Foil Leaf with the Silver Bakers Twine in the corner.
