Beautiful card made with the Stampin Up Painted Harvest stamp set and Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper.  This card is so cute.  The top opens up to show the place to leave your note.  The Decorative Ribbon Punch adds a great detail and compliments the scallop oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits.
