Card:
Beautiful spring colors on the card featuring the heart from the Stampin Up Heart Happiness stamp set. This could be a great, non-traditional Valentine’s Day card but would be great for any occasion.
The heart is created with the “stained glass” technique. The image is heat embossed on Vellum cardstock and then colored on the backside with Stampin Write Markers.
