2017 – 2018 In colors
Let me introduce to you the line up for the 2017 – 2018 Stampin’ Up In Color’s!! This is one of the years I’m really excited about all 5 colors…..even the yellow-green one!
Lets look at each one and compare them with current and retired colors.
Tranquil Tide
Tranquil Tide is a wonderful dark blueish green. It’s going to work great with our current Island Indigo and Bermuda Bay. It’s definitely more green than Island Indigo and Bermuda Bay, but richer and darker than Emerald Envy.
Powder Pink
Powder Pink is a lighter Blushing Bride and they are going to work wonderful together as they both have a very similar tone to them. I think this is going to become my new go-to color for light pink.
Lemon Lime Twist
This is the most unique color in the bunch and I’m honestly not 100% sure about it. As a child, my least favorite color in the Crayola box was yellow-green, but I’ve found as an adult I’m more willing to play with colors that I’m not immediately drawn to and by mixing them with other colors I can find a new appreciation for them. I’m really excited to try this out with Night of Navy and a bright pink like Melon Mambo or the new Berry Burst.
Fresh Fig
So this is not a replacement for my all time favorite purple Blackberry Bliss, but it is a big hit in my book. I love how some of these new colors play really well with some of our existing colors, and Fresh Fig is going to work great with Rich Razzleberry and Sweet Sugarplum.
Berry Burst
This is a bold color! It’s a great combination of pink and purple, and depending on what your pair it with will look more pink or purple. This will be a great color to use in summer flowers!
You can get your hand on three of these colors starting May 1st in the Eastern Palace Suite Bundles, and all of the colors will be available in June 1st when the New Annual Catalog goes live! Make sure your on my list to mail a new catalog to in May.

Thanks for showing us how well these new In Colors go well with some of the current and ” old” colors! Great go-to chart.
Thank you Linda for the comparison of the New In-Colors with current colors. That is very helpful.
The comparison was very helpful and I’ve bookmarked it. I guess SU! knows what they’re doing, because there’s always something for everyone. I like the new Lemon Lime Twist, but am not a fan of pink. I have to force myself to use pink in any form. Learning opportunities abound!
thank you for the color charts….this will come in handy
Totally agree with you on the yellow-green not ever being my favorite color as a child or adult. Not too crazy about the Lemon-Lime Twist color. I’ll have to see what you come up with ;o)
This visual comparison is so helpful! I’m loving the look of all these colors!!! Can’t wait to see your creations using these pretty new colors!!!
